This adapter gear was developed for an v8 manual swap using the original automatic v8 angle gear. 
This Adapter sleeve gear is for a p2 Volvo m66 awd manual transmission to automatic  transfer case.
The automatic angle gear is not compatible with the manual transmission. Manual transmission angle gears are difficult to find and are not as readily available as the automatics. Automatic angle gears and sleeves are also built stronger than the manual versions. Made from 4140 tool steel cut with precision on wire EDM.

Minor machining of the automatic sleeve required.
